1. Returns Policy
Not quite right? Don’t worry! You have 14 days to return your item to us for an exchange. To exchange your item for a different size or color, we require the receipt or proof of purchase. To process your exchange, please mail/ ship your exchange item together with your receipt back to us. The item being exchanged must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. If the item is out of stock in the size or color you have opted for, then you may chose a different item/color or we will process your order from factory instead with the given time frame (Approx. 4-8weeks). A one-time exchange is permitted per purchase. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be exchanged and may be sent back to you. 2. Shipping Policy
Delivery costs for Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and also Sarawak will be charged according to the price stipulated at check out. We aim to deliver your order to you at the delivery address listed and by the delivery time indicated by us at the time of your order checkout. These details will also be listed in the order confirmation. Should any unforeseen circumstances affect your delivery, we will notify you from time to time.
In case of any faults, issues, defects, or damages, please feel free to reach out to our customer care email@example.com. Please provide information about such issues during the call, including your order number, product details, etc, if needed.
3. Payment Policy
For all orders, you can pay via manual payments, internet banking, or with a valid credit or debit card. Prices and shipping rates may be subject to change without prior notice however these changes will not be reflected for CONFIRMED (Paid) orders, For any issues regarding your payments, please feel free to reach out to our customer care consultant.
